The Advance Request Center is an essential feature of the Cascade debt management system. It provides a convenient and efficient way for you to request advances on your existing credit lines, helping you manage your cash flow and meet your financial obligations.
With the Advance Request Center, you can easily submit advance requests with just a few clicks. Simply select the credit line you wish to request an advance from, enter the desired amount, and submit your request. The system will automatically process your request and notify the investors/agents of the request.
One of the key benefits of the Advance Request Center is its ability to streamline the advance request process. Rather than having to contact multiple lenders or fill out cumbersome paperwork, you can simply log into the system and make your request. This saves you time and effort, allowing you to focus on other important tasks.
Additionally, the Advance Request Center provides transparency and visibility into the status of your requests. You can track the progress of your requests in real-time and receive updates on any changes or approvals. This helps you stay informed and allows you to plan your finances accordingly.
The Advance Request Center works with the Cascade Advance Request Template but can also support customized Advance Request Certificates.
When an Advance Request status has been updated to “Funded”, the Payment Schedule and the Borrowing Base are automatically updated.
Advance Request can be either created with a pre-loaded template or by uploading an advance request. The request goes through the following stages:
- Pending - the advance request has been created/uploaded but has not been signed
- Signed / Not Funded - the advance request has been signed and sent to the investors/agent
- Funded - the funds have been sent by the investor.
- This stage is completed when the “Funded Date” is created in the Advance Request Center. Optionally, the investor can provide proof of the transfer.
