      Billing Frequency

      This article outlines the billing timeline for different line items.

      • Data Onboarding (One-time): This fee will be billed as soon as the data has been onboarded on the Analytics module and logins provided.
      • Debt Contract Onboarding (One-time): This fee will be billed after as soon as the  deal documents have been onboarded on the Manage module and logins provided (for Manage-only users)
      • Cascade Debt Platform (Annual Subscription): Ongoing fees start once logins are issued and users can review the Analytics and Manage Modules. Billing frequency is typically annual.
      • Debt Contract Structuring (One-time): Billing starts once the initial Contract Library access and additional resources are provided.
      • Debt Structuring + Maintenance (Annual Subscription):  Ongoing fees start once users receive the output first draft for the Loan and Security Agreement (LSA).
      • Data Remapping (One-time): This fee will be billed after data has been remapped on the platform.
      • Contract Amendments (One-time ): This fee will be billed after amendments have been made on the platform.
