The Collateral tab of the Borrowing Base allows the user to drill into each underlying asset of the facility. Only assets with an outstanding balance greater than 0 are displayed.
Users can toggle between different Eligible Pools to filter the assets based on the assigned pool.
A simplified view will appear so users can capture basic information of each loan. This simplified view can be customized according to preference.
1) Loan ID is the unique ID associated with the asset
2) Outstanding Balance is the total outstanding principal value of the asset
3) Discounted Outstanding Balance is the outstanding balance multiplied by the discounting rule based on DPD or Concentration rules.
4) Pool Name is whether the loan is associated with a specific Eligible Pool or if it’s Ineligible due to breaking a rule.
Users can drill into more information about the asset by clicking the arrow on the left hand side of the Assigned Date.
If the loan is Ineligible it will be flagged in the detail space what rule the asset broke to enable users to understand why it’s ineligible for this facility.
