Collection

Collection Rate means the sum of all Real Payments as a percent of Schedule Payments for a monthly period.

Prepayment Rate by Cohort means the percentage Prepayment by the Original Principal Balance of a monthly cohort.

Collection by Status means the sum of Real Payments received in a month period broken into three categories shown as a percent of the sum of all Real Payments received in the month:

  1. On-time meaning payment was received on the day it was due.

  2. Late meaning the payment was received after the due date.

  3. Prepaid means the payment was received earlier then the due date.

Net Yield means the net profits a loan portfolio is generating each month.

Where the aggregate of Real Non Principal Payments is for a month period

Where the aggregate of Writeoffs is all writeoffs in the month period

Where the aggregate of Adjusted Outstanding Principal Balance is as of the end of the month

Aggregated Roll Rates means the behavior of loans in a Delinquency Bucket as they ‘roll’ into other Delinquency Buckets 30 days later.

Cash Collected by Cohort means the sum of all Real Payments for loans disbursed in a monthly Cohort Pool divided by the sum of the Original Principal Balance of the same loans.
