How to Create Logins

This is a guide on how to set up and create new logins for users on the Cascade Platform

How to Set Up your login account

An invitation email will be sent to the email address provided

1. Click on the email entitled “Cascade Debt - Invitation from XXX

2. Click on Accept Invitation

3. Enter your password and click Reset Password > you will see Password Changed

4. Go to our website > https://www.cascadedebt.com/ > click on Log In > New Platform

How to Create New Logins

If you are an Admin, you can invite as many new users on the platform. To create a new login for users within your company:

1. In the Cascade Debt platform > Look at the left-hand bar > click on the icon with 4 small squares at the top for Administration > click on Settings > next to Internal Users > click on Invite New User

2. Enter email address, name and specify Role as admin > click on Send an Invite

3. Instruct the users on how to set up their login account per above
