This is a guide on how to create new logins for users on the Cascade Platform.

How to Create New Logins

If you are an Admin, you can invite as many new users on the platform.

To create a new login for users within your company:

  1. In the Cascade Debt platform > Look at the left-hand bar > click on the icon with 4 small squares at the top for Administration > click on Settings > Users > next to Internal Users > click on Invite New User

  2. Enter email address, name and specify the user's role >  you can also set permissions for the user > once completed, click on Send an Invite

  3. You may also copy permissions from another “Custom” user in the system when creating this new user or updating an existing one. Clicking on the “Select User” dropdown will display a list of all existing custom-role users (> 50 users at a time), allowing you to quickly duplicate their permissions, saving time and ensuring consistency across users. You can search via names or user emails to copy permissions from.

    Note that an Internal User can only copy permissions from other custom Internal Users, and an External User can only copy permissions from other custom External Users.
  4. Instruct the users on how to set up their login accounts

To create a new login for users not within your company, follow the same instructions above except click on Invite New User as External Users
