Here is a list of definitions and calculations on the Key Indicators page.

Total Unique Clients means the number of unique clients the company has had between two points of time (typically beginning of operations to current date).

Calculation: Total count of unique customer_id from beginning date to end date.

Why Include: To see how many clients the company has served over time.

Total Loans means the total number of loans disbursed by the company between two points of time (typically beginning of operations to current date)

Calculation: Total count of unique loan_id from beginning date to end date

Why Include: To see how many loans the company has disbursed over time.

Monthly Volume means the sum of all Original Principal Balance for loans disbursed in a monthly period.

Why Include: To see how much money the company is disbursing to clients each month.

Avg Monthly Volume (Last 3m) means the average Monthly Volume for the previous 3 months.

Avg Monthly Volume (Last 12m) means the average Monthly Volume for the previous 12 months.

Outstanding Portfolio means the Outstanding Principal Balance Excluding Writeoff where Writeoff is set to 180 days unless otherwise adjusted by the company.

Avg Headline Interest Rate (Last 12m)

Avg Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the weighted average of APR of the selected portfolio for the given time period based on the Original Principal Balance.

Why Include: Often consumer protection laws require companies to disclose the APRs associated with their product offerings in order to prevent companies from misleading customers and based on this has become a global metric to compare the cost of loan products.

Avg Term in Months is the weighted average Term in Months of the selected portfolio for the given time period based on the Original Principal Balance.

Avg Loan Size is the average of the Original Principal Balance of the selected portfolio for the given time period.

Avg APR (Last 12m) is the weighted average of APR for the selected portfolio for the previous 12 months based on the Original Principal Balance.

Avg Term (Last 12m) is the weighted average Term in Months of the selected portfolio for the previous 12 months based on the Original Principal Balance.

Avg Loan Size (Last 12m) is the average of the Original Principal Balance of the selected portfolio for the previous 12 months.

PAR 30 means the PAR calculation with a Bad Definition of DPD 30 and a Writeoffs calculation of 180 or otherwise indicated based on the company’s internal policies.

PAR 90 means the PAR calculation with a Bad Definition of DPD 90 and a Writeoffs calculation of 180 or otherwise indicated based on the company’s internal policies.

Bad 90 @ 6months means the PAR calculation with a Bad Definition of DPD 90 and a Writeoffs calculation of 180 or otherwise indicated based on the company’s internal policies for all loans with a Month On Book of 6 months or greater.

Bad 90 @ 12months means the PAR calculation with a Bad Definition of DPD 90 and a Writeoffs calculation of 180 or otherwise indicated based on the company’s internal policies for all loans with a Month On Book of 12 months or greater.
