Notifications

The Notifications Center is a key feature of any debt management system. Get an alert via email when a document is due, or when a covenant is in breach.

The bell icon at the bottom left-hand corner on the Cascade Debt platform will bring you to the Notifications Centre.

If it is the first time you are seeing this Notifications bell, there will be a tutorial to walk you through the features in the Notifications Centre.

The Subscriptions Settings button at the top right will allow you to choose the types of notifications you will receive.

Alerts are available for events related to Collateral, Covenants, Data Recency and Documents.

You will be able to click on the Select All button to mark notifications as 'read'.

The blue button denotes an unread notification, while read notifications are greyed out.

You can also choose individual notifications to be marked as read or manage these with bulk actions.

Notifications for your subscriptions will be sent to your email.
