Reporting Templates

Cascade has a series of standard templates that are used by multiple investors. The templates:

Advance Request

Document requesting funds from the Lenders

The Advance Request Template ties into the Advance Request Center within the Monitor feature of Cascade. The template allows the Borrower to request funds from the Lender(s). It details how much each lender should send as well as the equity contribution required by the lender (based on the advance rate). The template also includes the banking details as well as a general compliance statement the borrower needs to confirm.

After the request is signed - it’s automatically distributed to a distribution list (lender, agent, fund administrator, etc. - customized per deal)

When funds are sent by the Lender they or the Agent can input a “Funded Date” as well as proof of transfer.

Once a funded date has been entered the advance request is marked as complete and the Payment Schedule and Borrowing Base are updated automatically.

Use case: ad hoc as borrower request funds
